These terms apply when you use Kakomon at jlptpreps.com. Kakomon is run by MCMH HealthTech Solutions ("we"), Solapur, India. By creating an account or buying a pass, you agree to them.

The service

Kakomon offers practice mock tests for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), levels N5 to N2. All questions are original items written in the JLPT format. They are not official JLPT papers, and Kakomon is not affiliated with the JLPT, the Japan Foundation or JEES. We can't promise any exam result.

Your account

• Use your own email address and keep your sign-in details private. One account is for one person.
• With a free account you can take 3 mock tests per level.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service (for example, sharing paid content or automated scraping).

Kakomon Premium passes

• Premium unlocks every mock test on every level for a fixed period: Exam sprint (3 months, US$4) or Full year (12 months, US$7). Offer prices shown on the site apply only until the date stated with them.
• Each pass is a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically and we never charge you again without a new purchase.
• Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount to your currency and add its own fees.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Delivery: Premium is a digital service. Access is activated on your account immediately after a successful payment; nothing is shipped. If access doesn't appear within 30 minutes, contact us.
• Refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

Content

The questions, explanations and design of Kakomon belong to us. You may use them for your own study, but not copy, resell or republish them. Word and kanji meanings come from JMdict and KANJIDIC2 © EDRDG, used under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Kakomon available and correct, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Solapur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without removing any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
